We handle the listing management of your chalet across various rental platforms (Airbnb, WeChalet, Chalets au Québec, Com A Casa website, etc.) and on social media. We are always on the lookout for new platforms to expand the reach for our clients!

Communication with Tenants

From A to Z, Com A Casa handles all communications with your tenants. Whether it’s for an inquiry, a reservation, arrival, departure, or a request during the stay, we respond quickly to make the tenants’ experience memorable. We aim to achieve the best rating during evaluations and inspire your visitors to want to stay in your chalets again.

Yes, of course. This is one of Com A Casa’s objectives: to fully enjoy your chalet while generating income. You just need to contact us to adjust the availability calendar accordingly. However, if a booking is already on the calendar, for the sake of professionalism, it is important to respect the tenant’s stay.

We have several solutions to offer you to prepare your chalet for short-term rental while prioritizing the security of your personal belongings. For example, you can use locked storage cabinets to keep your personal items inaccessible to travelers.

The first step is a meeting between you and the Com A Casa team. We will visit your second home to present our services, understand your needs, and tour your property. Then, we will proceed with reading and signing the contract, which will outline the selected services and associated management fees.

The steps for marketing your chalet will then be initiated:

  • Permit request
  • Photo shoot
  • Creation of the listing
  • Online posting through our management platform.
  • Pricing strategy

Being residents of the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau ourselves, our rental management company offers a local service. We are familiar with the realities of our area, able to respond quickly, and we maintain regular communication with tenants. The Management Package
Includes the administrative work around the rental of your cottage. We take care of creating and optimizing listings across various rental platforms, price planning with dynamic pricing, reservation management, guest communication prior to arrival, and payment processing.
This package does not include on-site management during or after stays. We therefore do not intervene with guests once they are on-site, including for housekeeping, restocking, emergencies, or post-stay feedback.

The Turnkey Package
This comprehensive service includes all the features of the Management package, along with full on-site operational support. This means we handle guest check-in and check-out, respond to guest requests during their stay, restock the property with basic supplies (billed to the owner), coordinate and supervise housekeeping, and post reviews after their departure.
This package is designed to provide a smooth, professional experience for travelers while relieving you of all tasks related to the rental.
Additional fees may apply in the event of unforeseen situations requiring on-site visits or for certain specialized maintenance services.
