Frequently Asked Questions
We are willing to rent your cottage as frequently as possible to maximize profitability but we don’t forget that it is your property first and foremost! This is the reason why we ask you to kindly let us know in advance if you wish to stay there so that there is no scheduling conflict and you can enjoy it whenever and for as long as you desire!
No, we take a percentage of your turnover, so we charge you only if you make a profit.
Yes, certainly. Depending on the package chosen, there are already services that are included. On the other hand, it is possible that other fees for maintenance services may be added to the unit depending on usage.
Fees vary depending on the package chosen. For the Management Package and the Turnkey Package, for example, we charge 10% and 20% respectively on the rental price. For additional services, you pay according to the type and surface area of your accommodation. Everything is stipulated in the service contract which will be sent to you after meeting with us. However, you may at any time and for any reason, suspend the performance of some or all of the tasks provided for in the contract.
